Kerri Kochanski's plays have been produced throughout the country and in numerous New York City venues. She earned a MFA in Playwriting from Columbia University. Honors include: Chesterfield Film Company's "Writers Film Project" (Semi-Finalist), OOBR Award for "Best Play of 1997," Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Short Play Festival & Competition
(2 Time Critic's Choice & Finalist), and O'Neill Playwrights Conference (Finalist). Kerri's short plays and monologues are published in seven anthologies by Dramatic Publishing, Meriwether, Smith & Kraus, and Applause Books. Her work has been supported by the NJ Council for the Humanities and The Puffin Foundation. She is a resident playwright with EAT, and a member of The Dramatists Guild. |
